Connect to Claude

Once your MCP server is running (see Connect to AI Assistants), follow these steps to connect it to Claude.

Steps

1. Open Claude at claude.ai or the desktop app.

2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Add Custom MCP.

3. Enter the connection details from the app (Settings → MCP Server):

   Field	Where to find it
   Name	Enter any name (e.g. FeynmanLM)
   URL	Copy from app: MCP URL
   Client ID	Copy from app: Client ID
   Client Secret	Copy from app: Client Secret

4. Click Connect. Claude completes the OAuth handshake automatically.

That's it — Claude can now access your flashcard knowledge base.

Try It Out

Ask Claude things like:

• "What flashcards do I have about transformer attention mechanisms?"
• "Create 5 flashcards from my latest source on oxidative phosphorylation."
• "Which cards are due for review today?"
• "Draft an explainer article on my machine-learning cards."

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Integrations, find FeynmanLM, and click Remove.
